Soldadera Coffee, a family-oriented small business, is launching its cold-brew, authentic Mexican brand this week in Grand Rapids. The unique blend of coffee produced by Soldadera Coffee was inspired by the “cafe de olla” (coffee from a clay pot) that originated during the Mexican Revolution back in the early 1900s.
