I know how difficult it can be to jump into something new.
When I first encountered mindfulness, it seemed scary and uncomfortable.

Even though I felt like I was out of other options, it took me a while to take that first step.
When I did, it was so reassuring to have someone I could lean on to guide me each step of the way.
