Founded in 2011, the Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness has led hundreds of participants through mindfulness programs in small group, workshop, corporate, and community settings. The courses we teach are rooted in the groundbreaking work of the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
Our programs are supported by widely-published research that demonstrates the effectiveness of mindfulness in reducing stress and enhancing performance, both at work and in personal life.
We’ve developed a menu of online presentations and courses specifically for healthcare providers. These programs are available in both live Zoom and self-guided formats that can fit into the busy lives of providers.
No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary.
If your responsibilities in your organization include talent management, workplace wellness, or employee retention, we'd love to hear more about your goals and how we might support you in achieving them.
